Sliplining
Sliplining, often referred to as insertion renewal, provides a cost-effective means to rehabilitate pipelines that are not totally collapsed.
Complete Sliplining Services

SPS offers complete sliplining services from start to finish.
During the sliplining process, an appropriately sized liner pipe is inserted into an existing pipe. The new liner pipe can be pulled in place using a cable and winch system, or pushed in place using a choker cable and backhoe.
Many times, the two methods are combined. When the new liner is in place, all service connections are re-instated with watertight connections.
Pipe Diameter Variance
In smaller diameter re-lined pipes, the annular void between the liner and the host pipes is sealed with a watertight grout to prevent migration of ground water into the system.
In larger diameter pipes, the annular void is much larger and is 100% grouted with high- strength, low-density cement grout.
