Our Pipeline Contractor Services Include Sliplining

After the pipeline condition assessment, we may recommend sliplining as a solution.  Sliplining is a rehab process that uses new pipe materials including PVC, fiberglass, or high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) that is at least one size smaller than the existing pipe.  This new pipe is installed within the existing (or “host”) pipe by pushing or winching into place.  After the liner is installed any service laterals or connections are connected to the newly lined pipe.  Because the lined pipe is smaller than the host pipe, the annular space must be grouted using lightweight cellular concrete to complete the installation.
